form + catalog

I am trying to send a form to an email address in a catalog.

I can recover the address with an insert tag: {{customcatalog::cc_emploi::autoitem::email}}

But I do not know what to do next...
I tried to paste the insert tag directly into the form parameters but it does not work ;-)

Do you have a solution ?

Did you try to output the insert tag on this page in an html element to check if the mail address comes in correctly

Is the form insert on the cutstomcatalog reader modul?
