    Good morning, I received several email messages of this type last night concerning the "License check failed" of my last order.
    (see screenshot)

    I correctly entered the license number in the backend.

    Do you have an idea ?
    Why was it turned off overnight?

    Hi there,
    there is just one license log from Feb 03. where the number was missing. Probably just the moment before you entered the number. Maybe you did not click the Validate License button yet?

    Anyways the license is valid since Feb 03.

        looking at it in more detail, I notice that the messages were sent after the contao purge... Is there a link? (see screenshot)

        Because this morning I had to validate the license again in the contao backend.

        I'll see if I have the same problem tomorrow...

          The license information are stored in the /var folder. (/var/pct_license).

          The temp. folder is /system/tmp.

            Once the development is complete, the site will be on the following domain: https://jeremygaboritvideaste.com

            What is the procedure for changing domains in order to comply with your licensing agreements?

              You can change the license domain anytime in your account for each license / purchase.

              Once the development is finished, just change the domain in your customer account.

                Good morning,

                I came back from holidays.

                Yesterday while going on the project I had this message.
                I have the same message this morning (see screenshot attached).

                The website is still accessible in front office: https://www.jeremygaboritvideaste-prod.com/

                I don't know why I get this message every morning?
                Do you have an idea ?
                I can give you contao and FTP access if needed...

                  The error message is even displayed several times (see screenshot attached)

                  Does this come from the fact that I do a manual installation of the modules?

                    The manual installation is not supported. Use the theme installer!

                    The message is in the contao session. Sometimes the session reloads its self several times

                              License get's locked due to the usage of multiple-domain suffixes. Resolve to a standard domain format (mydomain.SUFFIX) or enter the suffixes in the contao settings > theme-settings > domain resolve (supported since EX 4.2.10)
